I've been attending 7 Rays Holistic Center's Women's Circle Meditations for over a year. Hemla is an excellent instructor, welcoming and warm, she makes both newcomers and veteran visitors alike feel comfortable and at ease. I've enjoyed the meditations tremendously, not just in the moment, or shortly after the session, but continue to come back to the thoughts, feelings, and observations discovered and discussed throughout the session for weeks and sometimes months later. Hemla is fantastic! I can't say enough good words for her. Hemla's color therapy course combines meditations, exercises, lectures and community all in one., and that's what makes it very appealing. I also love learning about color therapy and how it can provide insights into what is going on in my life.

I am halfway through the course and my favorite lesson so far was on color and prana/chi/ life force and how to access it. I am looking forward to the class on color and relationships and crystals and essential oils!

Hemla is a warm, intuitive, and caring healer, and she offers her guidance with the utmost empathy for every single person in the (online) room. I feel that I can trust her, and to me, that is very important.
