My first experience started horribly, with an on screen doctor gaslighting me and telling me that my diagnosis that I've had and validated many times since I was ten was wrong, and then hung up on me with our treating me, however the Nurse saw what I went through and immediately fixed the situation pairing me with a new doctor, the best doctor I've ever had. This doctor has figured out everything the many many others could not, and given me peace. He listens to me and gives me sound advice. With our the Nurses I would have never found my angel Doctor, and with out my angel Doctor I would have never found this much peace in my life. I'm still working towards being a better me and a healthier me, but I couldn't do it with out Brenda Boss. Seriously, hundreds of doctors and appointments all over the US and this one doctor looked at me and said "girl I got you"

Nurses are combative and the doctors are wildly incompetent. Brought my son in for breathing problems and they said he was on the verge of emergency distress and told me to drive to loma Linda emergency pediatrics. We went and the nurses there were confused why the pediatrician didn’t give him a breathing treatment before we came down, didn’t do anything for him just stressed me tf out with how poorly he was doing and then told me to drive an hour and a half down the hill. I genuinely hate this place, I have never had a good experience here.

An unfortunate incident once landed me in the emergency room of the Bear Valley Community Hospital. I was attended by Jeffrey Orr, who probably saved my life,

I did recognize his name from an old newspaper article, which explained that he used to be an EMT. He has obviously had his hands into the mix of it, before choosing to pursue a medical degree.

He is confident, competent, and will be your best friend if you need a doctor.

I also wish to offer my thanks to the hospital. I have worked for several in my lifetime, but none of them have been able to offer the quality of care that our local hospital does.

Don’t go here, you’re better off going to the Emergency Room. The practitioners here are garbage, they have little to no medical knowledge. “Take over the counter medicine”, “gargle with salt water”. I went to a doctors appointment just for them to tell me exactly what Google says. The “practitioner”, if you even want to call her that, Shiela is awful. Came in with a sinus infection and she said “I don’t know what’s wrong with you, take over the counter medicine” as if I haven’t been doing that already. A lady was crying to the front desk that she had been coughing for three months, and hadn’t been prescribed any medications for her hacking cough. The front desk ladies were very unprofessional, belittling and getting mouthy with her. Is this not medical negligence? It is practically empty whenever I come in, no wonder why. You are in the worst possible hands here. Do not come here.

Occassionally if it happens to be a good day, you might get in to see a doctor in a half hour or so. The longest ive waited was 2 hours for a sprained ankle. They dont take any insurance plans except, Blue Cross. Medical, or Medicare. The front desk staff usually for the most part nice and helpful but my last couple visits which my most recent was yesterday i got some yonger blonde lady. I told her what i was in for and my insurance provider she didnt even take down my info she just glanced and it and said okay that shed never heard of it and that it didnt exist (she didnt even try to look it up on the computer) and then told me she can't even give me an estimated wait time, her tone was very rude and had NO customer service skills. It would have saved me a lot of time and hassle if she would have just told me we dont accept that kind of insurance, instead she had to say that it didnt exist. After about a half hour in the waiting room I ended up leaving and going to Urgent Care instead. I normally wouldnt complain ive lived up in Big Bear for 11 years now but i was really dissapointed in the service and how i was treated.

I had a great experience. I was in and out within a half hour. The nurses and staff were friendly, accommodating and efficient. This clinic is a wonderful asset to the Big Bear community!

I've had nothing but great experiences here, and have been coming here for years. Dr. Paja is awesome. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes there's a wait, being a busy office and multiple doctors and other medical professionals, which is to be expected. The have treated me and my family with nothing but dignity and respect. Keep doing a great job.

I love this place. Dr. Orr is phenomenal and has a great bedside manner. He is actually there to help.
Also, doesn't hurt that the ladies there are beautiful.
Especially my nurse.

Keep up the good work. You guys are a blessing. Thanks for giving me back my life.
