My family and I moved last year and my biggest fear was how my daughter would take the transition. Kids are resilient but as a parent it’s impossible to not worry. Well my daughter has been enrolled in this daycare for nearly a year, and our experience has been outstanding. The staff are exceptionally friendly and treat the children with care. Mrs. Ashley and Mrs. Joanna, my daughter's teachers, are phenomenal. They have a plethora of activities that are fun and educational. The facility is also very clean. Mrs. Tara, the director, is truly remarkable, consistently striving to make the parents lives a little easier.

I have been bringing my daughter to La Petite for 2 years and I have nothing but absolute great things to say about this daycare. As a mom new to daycare I was experiencing a lot of anxiety and fear. Tara, the director made me feel so much comfort since trial day. She always reassured me that everything would be fine and she was right. My daughter now runs inside and can’t wait to see all of her friends. She absolutely loves all of her current and past teachers, miss Marisa and miss Chayenne. The staff make such great bonds with all of the children and they genuinely care for them always catering to their needs. They are now helping me potty train my daughter and she’s doing amazing. Every morning we come in and are greeted with such positivity by all of the teachers, even those who are in different classrooms always say good morning with a smile! The cooking and cleaning staff greet so joyfully as well, it’s hard to not smile and feel thankful that I’m leaving my daughter in great hands. Every single staff person, there’s so many to name, are so nice and sweet to me and daughter, my daughter even loves the director’s assistant Angelica. I highly recommend this daycare to anyone, I never have to worry if my daughter is being mistreated because these ladies love all of the children and the children love them!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about La Petite Academy and every single person who works there. They all treated my son as if he was family and I could always drop him off knowing that he was in great hands. Tara Reese, the director, went out of her way to ensure that his needs were being met, and I truly appreciate how responsive, friendly, organized, and accommodating she was from the very beginning. We miss our La Petite Academy family immensely and are incredibly grateful for all that they did to ensure that my son had a fun, safe, and educational experience in daycare. Thank you Tara, Miss Anna, and everyone else at La Petite, we appreciate you and all that you do!❤️

The director Tara and her staff took great care of our young child and always promptly notified us I if an accident occurred. Anna took especially great care of our son. Having cameras and taking pictures of our child playing and learning helped us enjoy our time there as well

My baby has been attending this LPA since he was 6 weeks old. His teachers are attentive and loving. They use their family communication app throughout the day letting me know how he doing and sending pictures. He has thrived in their care and loves going to school. The director , Kelly, is a wonderful director who truly cares about her families. I love this school and their teachers.

Completely unprofessional location wouldn’t accept my son due to his special needs. I would give it zero starts if I could. Firstly, I scheduled a virtual preview for Monday they then sent an email Friday thanking me for attending the preview that I did not attend. So I called and scheduled an in person preview which the director claimed to have no knowledge about when I showed up. Fast forward to trial day I waited outside for over ten minutes ringing the door bell to be let in to pick up my son. No one came to the door I was finally let in by a teacher returning from break. As I was walking out with my son the director was confused on how I entered the building…completely clueless. They pushed his start date back multiple times and the day he was to begin and I started my new job, I get an email saying there was a miscommunication and his spot was given away; when in fact they did not want my son to attend because he has special needs. I WILL be following up with this centers dismissal of my son due to his needs. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!

Switching my son's day care / preschool provider to La Petite Academy in Chula Vista was the best decision we've made! The new director Ms. Pennie is fantastic! She interacts with the staff and the kids wonderfully! My son loves Ms. Pennie and his teacher Ms. Cheryl (as my son says "Ms. Chero"), talks about them all the time! Its a structured environment that my son is thriving in. We have NEVER had any issues with any of the staff or any of the other kids. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone looking to get rid of lazy day care providers and actually have their kids be engaged and kept busy ALL DAY!! My son comes home tired! I love it! Thank you La Petite!!

This school is going through wonderful improvements under the new Director, Pennie Vatcher. The school is well organized and the staff is ready to start the new school year. All the parents are so excited about the new Phonics Program La Petite Academy will be starting in September. My daughter is eager to go to school each day and comes home sharing all the wonderful thing she has learned. The educational growth and improvements I have seen in her, in just a few short weeks, is amazing. I have never seen more loving nurturing staff.

The Infant and toddler teacher is absolutely incredible. Ms. Lorena thank you for doing such a great job working with the toddlers the way you do.
