If your company is shopping around for an HR information systems software, please do NOT choose ADP. I can share countless examples where they've given me wrong information but refused to accept responsibility, or when their software simply doesn't work and they can't explain why and don't keep their promise of finding a solution. They'll tell you that they're sending your case to X department with "High Priority," so that your problems gets solved quickly. You call back five business days later to ask why their software still isn't working and they'll assure you "oh, we'll make sure to bump this up from 'Medium Priority' to 'High Priority.' Weeks go by and the problem still isn't fixed. Don't get me started on the timecard app...it works sporadically and doesn't offer even half the functions that are accessible through a desktop. Even if they're software doesn't work, the payroll advisor they assign to you never responds, and you do a lot of learning-by-mistake because they provide very few to no how-to videos, they'll still charge your company a very very large percentage per employee check they have to process plus whatever yearly fees they have. Also, there are no managers to speak with, and half the time your call goes to a different, albeit English-speaking, country, where the employees really can't help with complex issues; it's even more sad when the ones in Arizona can't find ways to help you. I'm not exaggerating when I say that every other call involves an assistant that just goes "uuuummmmmmmmmmm" throughout the entire call. They later send it to a department that you CANNOT talk to. All you can do is keep calling with very little hope your issue will ever get resolved. I've had managers of managers not be able to resolve issues. Their method is to just ignore your emails until you give up trying to find an answer. Please save your company the headache of having to look for and switch all your employees to new HRIS. I hope so very badly that we get to switch at some point.
