Came in here for a simple typing test this morning. Front desk isn't particularly warm or friendly. She was very cold to me. Wouldn't even say "How can I help you?" when I walked in unless I spoke first. But she was super sweet and nice to another woman who walked in behind me. Weird exchange.

She did her job though and I walked out with my certificate so they get a star for that.

Craig, I've heard you're a great guy but I can NOT believe it took over 3 weeks to find a job. Seems a little outrageous when your a hiring company/staffing agency. I would also expect the front desk to answer ALL incoming calls, I called today and it went to voice-mail...4 times !? Maybe you need a new front desk!?

Having called several times and leaving messages, I was disappointed to receive no response for several days. I was looking to receive a typing certificate, but I was not able to get through. I did not receive a call back after many days, so I decided to take the test elsewhere.

Online it's posted they're open until 6pm on Tuesday and arrival must be before 5pm. This is the 2nd time I've shown up to find the door closed, 6 hours of pay gone in total. At this point I'm contacting the county supervisor and making a formal complaint.
