I ordered one regular burrito with carne asada and one super burrito California style for 21 dollars this place is a rip off! They gave me a child’s burrito with asada! What a joke! This burrito is the size of two salsa cups!!

A bit of a challenge to get to w/o a car. They have a shuttle. But the campus is clean and very safe. Teachers seem considerate and well qualified, a good combination. Can be super hot outside between May and Sept. Dress accordingly.

Excellent college to attend prior to applying to a 4 year college. Best route to go and Las Positas offers many good current and updated programs. Highly suggest this college. Beautiful campus too.

Veteran friendly, staff is helpful and resourceful. Teachers are well versed in in their respective fields of study. The college is hidden away from a lot of distractions. The library is well connected to outside databases and sources and staff is also well versed in finding the book or resources to have the book available to the student. Food is pricey but its convenient. Overall empathetic and respectful with student activities. Great start.

It's a beautiful campus, and the library is lovely. It is so modern and clean compared to other Bay Area community colleges. This can inspire the students to finish their studies and go onto four year institutions.

The campus is nice and well appointed. The teachers mostly seem well versed in their subjects and able to speak passionately to them. The greatest weakness here is the counselors. They do an inadequate job of clearly communicating program paths, options, and requirements. The physical school and curriculum are good, but the counseling administration is so bad, I considered rating the whole school lower.

Las Positas is an average community college. Staff is very good and more helpful than counselors. The counselor staff needs some serious work. Almost every student I talk to they have had issues with counselors giving them false information. My advise is don't take their word for anything!

The campus is nice and the instructors I had were good. However, everyone in the admissions/records and the administration at this school are terrible. They do not respect their student time. You will never have an email responded to or phone call returned. If you plan on transferring to another institution look elsewhere. Las Positas does not participate in the national student clearing house so you have to deal with them directly to order official transcripts. As previously mentioned this is problematic. I no longer live in the area and am probably going to take a day off work to go to the campus. These issues have now held up my application to Penn State for two semesters.
