I had a great experience here very happy that they took me in during the LA fires when I evacuated. Lots of amenities really friendly staff. All in all I had a really great experience. I would recommend this hotel, it is a little outdated, however are a lot of amenities, including a pool and hot tub. There’s a little place for your dog to go potty if needed full kitchen great place to stay longer term. The Wi-Fi was a little iffy. I’d recommend that they update that parking was a bit pricey for the parking lot that was in, and there weren’t any breakfast options for vegan/gluten-free people. But a lot of great opportunities and a lot of great resources to use especially in an emergency

Noisy due to adjacent train and 5-freeway on ramp. Floor plan layout is not great - AC unit is at the foot of the bed. Switched rooms due to excessive noise and the second room did not cool properly. Also, there must have been a staff room or laundry facility above as I heard lots of footsteps and noise coming from the space above me (I was in first floor).

Breakfast offering was simple, bagel, English muffins and toasts. Oatmeal and fresh fruit goes quickly. Eggs bacon or sausage (spends on the day) and cold roasted potatoes. Coffee was extremely bitter I think they need to clean their brewer.

Did not feel appreciated for loyalty status and wasn’t asked about my stay upon checkout. Rooms are clean but lots of evidence of maintenance work - sloppy paint, swollen door frames and baseboards from water damage. Poor layout - AC placement mentioned above as well as kitchen. Microwave door doesn’t open fully as it rubs against the fridge.

Parking is $20/day. Just a nickel and dime approach - who rents a room without driving a car to get there. Ridiculous.

Nice facility, great service but if you are expecting a good night sleep, not going to happen with the train coming every hour or so in the middle of the night, very noisy. I mistakenly book this hotel not realizing I have stayed here once years ago with the same problem, luckily it was a mini getaway and not work trip. Breakfast was ok, no waffles or pancakes, some hot items, yogurts, bagels, cereals.

Stayed for 5 nights. One bedroom suite was very spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and responsive. Breakfast was excellent. The only negative was the cleanliness. Bathroom never seemed to have been properly cleaned (every other day)...soap dishes, floor and shower walls. Other than that...I would stay there again.

Awesome hotel! The service is outstanding! Nathan at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we were set up comfortably. This location is great too, you are right between Dana point, San Clemente and Laguna Beach. Comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. I highly recommend this place.

Clean and up to date hotel room. Complimentary breakfast that was fresh. There was someone always monitoring the food to
make sure when it needed to be replenished. Beds were comfortable and linens were 100% cotton.

The front desk guy. I believe his name was Nathan was amazing, attentive, friendly and helpful. Pool and hottub were clean. Room was magnificent. Train was a bit loud thru the night. But overall...great stay. Only recommendation is to have someone do rounds and pick up trash next to room doors. Our hall was pretty stinky. Someones food waste was sitting out there for about 10+ hours.

This hotel is probably one of my favorites. I stayed here for quite a while when I was relocating for work. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. The rooms were big, nice and clean with lots of open space to either have friends over or for a toddler to play. The kitchen was the average size of a long term hotel (smaller than I’m used to, but definitely still useable). The amenities were great. The location is perfect as it allows easy and fast access to Interstate 5. My only two gripes are that the AC is a little louder than I would like and if you will be cooking a lot, id recommend getting a box fan and cracking a window to get the air moving. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience!
