Truckee Tahoe School of Music is incredible! We’ve been taking drum lessons for 5 years and it’s amazing how much progress our kid has made with their AMAZING instructor Jonathan. Ben has been great about setting up systems that work for parents, the scheduling works for busy lifestyles, and the recitals are FUN! The Tahoe Joy Festival is like nothing any other music school produces. TTSM is basically crushing it and you should totally enroll your kid here with no reservations.

My 12 year old son has taken lessons for 4-5 years with Jonathan in Tahoe City. I could not be more thrilled with how wonderful it has been! My son has grown so much in his understanding of music and his confidence in himself. He started on drums, and he's learned guitar and bass. Jonathan is so good with kids, and so good at keeping them engaged and encouraged. The support we've received is rare, and I'm so grateful!

We have enjoyed our piano lessons with Debby at Tahoe City. She even accommodated us to teach our daughter couple of songs outside of the curriculum. Very pleasant experience!
