I recently dined at this restaurant and was disappointed with the food. While the flavors were lacking and the dishes didn’t meet my expectations, I have to commend the friendly service—the staff were attentive and welcoming. The location is also a plus, making it a nice spot to visit. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the overall experience. I hope they can improve their menu in the future!

Definitely a nice place to go if u want a nice view of the city or if you are craving for a nice piece of meet. They normally have some weekly deals, in this opportunity the weekly deal was even better that the Rib-eye meet. Side dishes are on top in price and not really that big. If you want to go on busy hours better to have a reservation

Today I had lunch at the steakhouse and I was impressed. The salad buffet was very good, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Both the salmon and the sirloin steak were excellent, perfectly cooked and flavorful. I highly recommend this place!

After we waited 40 minutes for our food and saw 3 tables who came after us, food was served, we asked to check for our order. Waiter told us it’s normal we need to wait longer than the others ( no further reason to explain why our food has been delayed). Another longer waiting time, we had to asked again because we were ready hungry. So children went different directions for information. The attitude of waiter was unpleasant and told us it’s not reasonable what children did, to ask two people for our food.
It’s unbelievable experience I was blamed by waiter, especially restaurant was quiet and I had to wait food for nearly an hour.
Steaks were good ( side salad was mixed old leaves).
We will not return to this restaurant anymore.

TOURIST TRAP

We have wanted to try Maredo for a couple of years.

I told my wife before we sat that it's looking like a tourist trap and I was not disappointed.

We both took a burger. First warning was the burger is now coming alone with no side dishes due to the rollback of the VAT. (Back to what it was before COVID). When being asked about how our burgers should be cooked we said medium and well done. My well done was like caoutchouc and the medium from my wife was well doneish. Plus the burgers came like half empty l, one salad slice, the buns were super soft.

As a side I took some sweet potatoes and they tasted like lavender.

We both didn't finish our meal. (And we were starving)

During our stay, around 1h, 3 waiters lost their platter, drinks were on the ground. It was overall an unpleasant experience.

I would definitely not recommend this restaurant at all. I hope this review will help the restaurant to correct and adjust. Feedback was kindly given to our waiter as well.

Also, as a side note, the value for the price is definitely not worth it.

I order Caesar salad with extra chicken meat. I get regular portions and pay extra meat, which I did not get. My friend order cake with white chocolate and get it with caramel. He wrote all orders in and again came wrong. I was expecting more. Service was not good at all!

Very nice place, Staffs are very friendly. You can find also Kids Menu. Prices are not bad in center of Frankfurt. Burgers were very delicious.
