This school is a blessing. As parents, we are amazed at how much information the kids bring home and retain. Our kids love the school and their friends. The teachers are excellent in adapting the way they teach to help the students understand the material. St. Joseph has a wonderful sports program. The places they choose for field trips are incredible. The Catholic catechesis is the best in the county. Tuition is not over priced. We have five children in this school. We drive 30-40 minutes each way every day. Many families come from farther and some have even re-located. It's worth it!

St Joseph Academy is a little hidden gem of a school. We currently have two children there and couldn't be happier. The school provides a solid academic foundation as well as strong Catholic faith and virtue formation. The teachers and staff are dedicated to helping our children become strong and caring leaders who will shape tomorrow's world. We feel blessed to have this school here in North County.

We love the families and faculty that make up the school. I love that my children interact with kids from every grade from TK-12th grade and don't just stay in their little grade bubble. The academics are great: challenging and teachers really take the time to teach kids critical thinking, reasoning, logic. Couldn't ask for a better school!

Nice staff. Great families. Suggest applying families ask a lot of questions about enrollment process and what’s openings are actually available. Our experience was not great. Applied for kindergarten. Thought we were applying for an open position but after 2 testing interviews over several months preparing our child, yes for kindergarten, we were put on wait list although we thought there was an opening. Apply early and check in often.
