Please read this whole review its very important if your thinking about joining this Epic center. For anyone that is thinking about going to this Epic center I would definitely not recommend it here's why. When I tried to join this Epic center I was excited and happy hoping this place would help me find my dream career instead it became a bad awful experience. So when I signed up for the Epic center a woman that that worked there told me that center requires certain documents to be a student there. The first day I joined I brought in all the documents like the workers there asked. When I left the Epic center me and my mom noticed that the important documents like our birth certificates were gone. I know for sure an employee at the epic center probably took those important documents and lost them which is so unprofessional for them to do. My mom and dad both asked all the employees there where are those documents cuz they're very important. They all said they don't know. The lady Martha who taught the presentation class was looking through all of the students documents because i saw her. But she claim she didn't take them. Not only did I have a bad experience but my friend told me she had a horrible experience with the Epic center to. My dad literally had so spend 30 dollars to buy me and my family all new birth certificates so he spend 120 dollars just because they were irresponsible and unprofessional. There were two men that worked there that suggested for me to do another observation but over facetime next week so I tried to so I could give that place another chance. So I tried called the Epic center to see how the zoom observation works, Martha answered the phone I ask her how the zoom observation worked and then she just hung up on me without saying anything. She was being so rude.
