I am thrilled to share our wonderful experience with Cuddles Academy and Megan! From the moment we enrolled our son when he was 16 months old (our first child so we were notably nervous in our search), we noticed the exceptional quality of care and attention provided.

One of the standout features of Megan’s daycare is the incredible outdoor space. The children have access to a safe, spacious, and well-maintained yard where they can explore, play, and connect with nature. The variety of outdoor activities and equipment is truly impressive, fostering not just physical activity but also creativity and social interaction.

Megan also excels in promoting self-help skills. She is dedicated to helping each child develop independence and confidence through age-appropriate tasks and activities. My child has become more self-reliant and capable, thanks to her thoughtful guidance and encouragement.

The nurturing environment at Cuddles is another highlight. Megan is warm and genuinely invested in each child's well-being. She creates an atmosphere where children feel secure and valued, and my son absolutely loved the time he spent there with Megan and all his friends. He often ran in without looking back at drop-off and was bummed to leave at the end of the day.

Likely my favorite aspect of Cuddles Academy is the individualized attention each child receives. Megan takes the time to understand each child's unique personality, strengths, and areas for growth, tailoring her approach accordingly and working to create consistency between our home and hers. This individualized attention has made a significant positive impact on my son's overall development.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with the care provided by Megan for the 15 months we had our son enrolled, and if it weren’t for moving out of state, we would have stayed with her until he reached school age. The combination of an amazing outdoor space, focus on self-help skills, nurturing environment, and individualized attention makes it an outstanding choice for any parent seeking the best for their child. I highly recommend to any family looking for a loving and enriching daycare experience.

Ms. Megan is the best! She has created a very welcoming place for kids and parents. I love how clean and safe Cuddles Academy is. She is very caring and has been very open to work with us throughout my son's different stages. From the beginning I could see right away the social skills my son developed and how independent he started to be and feel. He was always excited to go see Ms. Megan. We are very grateful she has been a part of our son's early life.

I have had such a great experience at this daycare. My daughter was born and the pandemic started shortly after. I kept at her at home for the first two years and was terrified of sending her to daycare. Megan put all my fears to rest. My daughter did nothing but thrive since she started here. Megan is extremely good with communication which made all the difference. It was always a teamwork effort to address any issues. My daughter absolutely loves this place and so do I. I am forever grateful that I sent my daughter here and I only wished I would have started sooner. Do not hesitate to place your child under her care. My daughter has been safe and cared for at all times and I could not ask for anything more. This place is truly a gem!

Our son John attended Cuddles Academy for almost 3 years (2-5 years old) and our daughter Sophia attended for over a year (5 months-1.5 years old) and Cuddles Academy has been a dream daycare. Everything we could have ever wished for. Ms. Megan has become like a second mommy, treating our children like her own with her loving atmosphere and nurturing ways. She has taught our son all of his numbers, letters, and every week they focused on a new subject (such as food groups, individual planets and space, dinosaur, etc) and we loved how structured his learning was. The meals were always very nutritious and I loved that my children were eating healthy meals, and it really helped expand my sons eating habits. He would try new foods at Ms. Megan’s and say “I loved cucumbers at Ms. Megan’s house for lunch can I have some at dinner too?” So I loved that he was trying new healthy foods. The day has structured learning time, art time, outdoor play, music time, etc. Megan has always been so personable and warm to our family, giving our kids birthday gifts, and always going above and beyond to foster a great family relationship. She also has periodic parents night out, where she offers to watch the kids while the parents have a date night, which has been so amazing as a military family that doesn’t have family in the area to babysit. Our children really thrived at this daycare, our son is ready to take on Kindergarten because of Megan teaching him and our daughter is also above her development which I contribute to the environment she was in with this daycare. We loved Cuddles Academy and are so sad we had to move out of state!

Megan is absolutely wonderful! Our 2 year old daughter was at Cuddles Acadamy for 10 months, and Megan was so patient with her. My daughter learned how to be so much more self sufficient - she can wash her hands, put on her shoes and clean up toys and messes all on her own. During COVID, Megan took precautions that made our family feel comfortable. If we hadn’t moved to north county, we would definitely have kept our daughter with Megan long-term. We highly recommend Megan!

Megan does a great job running this childcare. She fosters all of the children to be independent and really helps teach them skills that make them self-sufficient. Our son is a little over 1 year old and she has been working with him on speech, simple tasks like putting on his own shoes, washing his hands, and etc. They also have a great amount of outdoor time, which is awesome considering the area of the country we live in. The outdoor area is great and they are out there multiple hours each day.

Megan is all you could hope for in a daycare teacher, she is caring, experienced, knowledgeable, trustworthy, consistent, accountable, fun, creative...
My son loved going from the age of 14 months to 2 years old, he would run inside and barely look back to say goodbye.
Megan teaches the kids to be independent, to have manners, clean up, share and everyday skills. She is above and beyond careful with them, always having their safety in mind, down to the smallest detail. And the most important thing to me was that from the moment I met her, I immediately felt that she was so on top of things that I would never have to worry about my son, his well being or safety; and that feeling never went away.
It's an ideal small environment for a first daycare for a little one before heading into big kid school. We will miss Megan now that our little guy is heading into preschool.
