(update : seems someone in management may have seen this post. They have cleaned the steam room since. Can not tell much difference in bathroom and showers.) I am a new member. The staff seems to be friendly and professional. (Only been twice) The men's locker room, showers and restroom are disgusting. As if they have never been cleaned. (Aside from a quick wipe down by customers need to use the toilets.) The pool area has slim on the pool tiles. The pool shower has nag flies all over the wall. The sauna and steam rooms both have clearly not been cleaned for months. They each have brown sludge on the floors and around the drains therein. With the prices they charge there is no reason they can not hire a cleaning service to come in and attend to these issues on a regular basis. At minimum once a week. Update, with video of steam room. Looks like they do not clean at all. Has gotten worse since first posted. Have been multiple times now. They have signs saying the pool area and locker rooms will be closed 1am-4am Thursdays and Fridays. But from the condition they are in, they must just pick up trash and nothing else.

This location has really taken a landslide. The cleaning stations are not even in working order. The bottles are broken and don’t even have cleaning solution accept for warm water. How is that helping maintain cleanliness and bacteria on the machines? The manager does not seem to care and his excuse was the bottles are on order. Part of managing an establishment is preparing not reacting to broken items. I will be cancelling my membership of several years. The manager doesn’t think it’s his problem 😂 Greta job a customer satisfaction sir!

Pretty unpleasant place to work out. Paper towels and sanitizer are empty about 70% of the time; meanwhile there are 3 or 4 employees sitting at the front desk catching up with each other. The staff here are mostly great besides that.
Most people don’t bother to re rack their weight half the time, and when they do, the weight is almost always in the wrong spot. A pair of 15 pound dumbbells sitting where the 70s belong is what inspired me to write this review. Members are constantly using 3-4 sets of weights at a time; god forbid you ask to use one of the weights that they haven’t touched in 20 minutes because they will blow up in your face and cause a scene. Anyone who works out here knows exactly who I’m talking about. I only work out here because it’s right across the street from my house, but avoid if you can

I’ve been coming here for about ten years and it has been declining every year. The bathrooms are disgusting. It seems like they never get cleaned. The quality of this gym is plummeting which is disappointing.

I’ve been a loyal member of 24 Hour Fitness for years and have always appreciated the facilities and service. However, my recent experience with certain front desk employees was deeply disappointing.

After my membership was automatically renewed against my request, the manager, Chris, was incredibly professional and helpful, suggesting a solution to freeze my account. However, when I later called to clarify if I needed to pay the annual fee again after my membership was refunded, two staff members were shockingly rude, dismissive, and outright disrespectful. One employee even insulted me by saying, “You’re calling on Christmas Eve for $40,” implying I was being cheap. This was shocking to me, considering that $40 is significant, and they themselves would have to work two hours to earn that amount.

These employees refused to provide their names and hung up on me, which is unprofessional and unacceptable. This behavior tarnishes the reputation of an otherwise great gym. As soon as I know their names, I will update this review to ensure others can identify these bullies and avoid similar unpleasant interactions.

Employees like Chris are exemplary, but the actions of a few can damage customer trust. I urge corporate to address this issue and enforce accountability. And pls take action on this bullies before it’s too late. They need to stop pretending as if someone is calling on their personal phone as they are hanging up for no reason instead of addressing the issue it shows lake of interest in job and lake of work ethics.

This gym is really nice, I’ve been working out here for almost 10 years. The management and staff are all very friendly and professional. At times it’s busy during peak hours but that’s every gym you’re going to sign up at. Chris and Khal are the management and are very easy to work with, they offered me a great deal on my membership and gave me a very good deal on working with a personal trainer.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to bring to your attention several ongoing and concerning sanitary issues at your gym, specifically in the men’s locker room. Over the past few months, I have repeatedly encountered roaches in the lockers and have noticed an infestation of ants. Despite my initial hesitation, I feel it is necessary to provide a detailed account of these recurring problems.

One of the most alarming issues is the frequent presence of feces left in the showers and, on occasion, across the floor near the restrooms and in the restrooms. While I wish this were an exaggeration, it is a serious and ongoing problem that poses a significant health hazard. It is not only unsanitary but also extremely unpleasant for gym patrons.

Additionally, this is now the second time I have personally witnessed roaches emerging from the lockers. These incidents make the locker area an unfit and unwelcoming space for members.

I have left two voicemails reporting these issues but have yet to receive a response. As a member of this gym, I feel it is imperative that these health hazards are addressed immediately. This letter is my next attempt at resolving this matter.

I urge you to take swift action to ensure the locker room is brought up to acceptable sanitary standards. Please confirm receipt of this message and provide a timeline for addressing these concerns. Also the employees don’t do anything about it, takes more than 6hrs if not longer I have several witnesses ready to come forward.

Please don’t come there if you don’t want to get sick. The showers are so dirty. All the moss and bacteria all around. The steam room is disgusting and you can clearly see the mosses around. No words can describe how horrible I feel when I see the businesses place like that.
