We were SO impressed with Rachel Taylor Swim School! The one-on-one instruction was so valuable, and being able to watch the lessons Days 2-5 was so helpful for me as a parent to learn how to continue teaching my son about water safety and how to swim. My son’s teacher, Trinity, was amazing! She was so good with him and was so knowledgeable and great at teaching him how to be safe in the water! My husband and I were impressed with all of the instructors and the way they interacted with all of the kids as we watched our son swim each day. They are truly a great team of individuals, and I can’t wait to sign our kids up for more lessons here in the future. I especially appreciated the opportunity for my husband and I to get in the water with our son on the last day and learn how to continue working with him. It really helped me work out all of my nerves as a first-time parent of an adventurous toddler. We will definitely be back for more lessons at Rachel Taylor Swim School.

Rachel is amazing. She got my autistic 4 year old swimming in 3 days! My daughter spent 4 weeks at a different local swim school learning nothing besides crying. Ms. Rachel was able to correct that very negative experience and made my daughter not only loves swim lessons but actually swam!! My daughter kept asking for Ms Rachel. Rachel actually cares about her and went out of her way to accommodate my daughter's unique needs and challenges. I can't say enough good things about Rachel. If you have a special needs child, please take them to Rachel Taylor swim school and DO NOT go to other swim schools. They will make things worse. Rachel Taylor is the best!

I took both my son and daughter to this school. On day one, my son did well with his instructor. My daughter I could see panicking and the instructor ignored her. They asked the parents to wait on the other side of the fence, but I still watched through the fence. I heard my daughter say she was hurting her, and asking to take a break. She asked to get out and stop multiple times. Then I saw my daughter’s head go under water multiple times while she panicked and asked for help.she said she didn’t want to do it and told me the instructor forced her down. I went inside the fence and asked that she be taken out immediately. I was ignored. I asked if I needed to get in to get her. She got brought out. I comforted my daughter, then the owner Rachel came to talk to us. She convinced us to let my daughter get back in the pool for her to work with her personally. She did the rest of the class fine. And then she told us about tomorrow and the rest of the week that the kids were looking forward to. Later in the day, she called to tell me that we are not welcome back. She said her staff was scared. As any parent would, I walked in and asked for my child to be taken out of the pool. The instructor handled my child very poorly, and then we were dismissed from the school. Very disappointed with the experience. The young staff, one in particular ruined the whole experience for my kids. Then made them think it was fixed and then I had to tell my kids that they won’t let us back. If you feel weird that they won’t let you be with your kids on day one… it’s probably because it is weird. Trust your gut parents.

I highly recommend Rachel Taylor Swim School to all parents! My 2 kiddos just graduated today. They both learned to swim in just 5 days and they learned about swimmer safety/ pool safety. The instructors Emma and Spencer were amazing. They were kind, compassionate, and respectful. Thank you to your team for all that you do ❤️

My son had the best experience! The first day going back by himself to bond with the instructor worked like a charm. He loved his instructor and she did an amazing job. After one day he was placing his face in the water which was his issue. He didn’t like his face in the water. Thank you so much for helping my son face his fear and feel so confident in the water!

Awesome teachers! My son was extremely hesitant but they got him into his comfort zone within the first day of class! He's gotten so much confidence within himself and his new found swimming skills he's gained over the week! I noticed that they worked on other skills for the children who were more advanced as well! Highly recommend.

I had my 4 year old and 23 month old take the class. After the first day of some tears, I thought there is no way my kids are going to learn to swim. Boy was I wrong. Everyday there was a small goal. By the end of the 5th day my 4 year old could swim by herself and my 23 month old could jump in the pool and find the ledge. It is 100 percent worth the money.
