My son has been attending here since early 2021, we pulled him out of public school after several unpleasant experiences with distance learning in public school. My son has BLOSSOMED under the care of both Mr. Sid and Sage Academy. When we left public school, my sons teacher told him he was going to fail second grade standards because he struggled with reading and it was always challenging to get him to read or even tolerate being read too. Two days after being at Sage, I asked my son what he liked most so far, his answer... reading and phonics, my son voluntarily reads every night now and he's not struggling. My son is fully learning all the concepts being taught to him. He's a much happier, bright and inquisitive indiviudal all around. He mentioned to me the other day how in public school he felt shy to ask questions or to ask for help and how now he isn't shy to speak up. He voluntarily spends more time not on his I pad, he'd rather read, build things or play with friends. My son is thrilled to attend Sage and the fact that he pushes me out of the house in the morning to get to school, that in itself speaks volumes of how much he loves being there. This is a caring, nurturing and educating environment that all children should have the opportunity to attend.
