I needed my refrigerator dumped, this group of staff decided to pick it up themselves when they found out other junk removal places were going to charge $250 dollars. Eric is very instrumental and caring kind along w/coworkers.

Keith, Jeffrey and Lexia are an outstanding example of what customer service and teamwork should look like! I showed up to the recycling center at 5:05pm due to a long line at the entrance. I was greeted by Keith and given a realistic expectation that they had 6 cars in front of me and may not have time to get me in and out of there by 5:30pm. I told him I’d still like to wait around to see if they could squeeze me in, but understood if they needed to turn me away.

After another 10 minutes of watching Keith kick it into overdrive, he waved me over into spot 2 to unload my recycling. While he worked with another car, Jeffrey quickly took care of weighing my recycling and cashing me out.

As she was about to take off, as it was after closing time, Lexia offered her help to Keith by picking up the bins full of glass and dumping them into another big bin.

It was a refreshing experience to feel so well taken care of by a business and its employees.
They stayed after closing to help me out, worked hard, worked quickly, and were pleasant throughout the entire experience.

It was also great to see them working so well together and not the typical, “You agreed to help her, you get to deal with her” mentality. Their employees worked as a team and showed exemplary customer service while doing it.

Dropped of e-waste, hhw (including Sharps containers) and aluminum cans. Nice easy circuit to drop it all off. Everyone was on task and cordial to talk. Answered my questions easily.

I recently had had a car accident that has disabled my front door and today this morning actually I accidentally locked myself out of my car and one of your truck drivers actually was my hero and if it was not for him I would not have been able to get back into my car I was completely locked out of my car that was still running and everything that I had it was inside I believe he said his name is Jeremiah is a gentle it’s between 30s and 40s maybe black medium length hair goatee brown eyes handsome man and very sweet and very helpful just want to give a review on that he did his community service for sure today it was very kind and sweet and just wanted to Give him a shout out for my gratitude!!
