I, Luisa McDonald was completely satisfied with the job on my sink disposal and, I am still very satisfied. I have not had any problems with the new disposal. I want to thank LVW, for taken care of the broken disposal right away. I really appreciate the great work from maintenance.Thanks, again.

I do not recommend these apartments. Stray cats everywhere that are constantly multiplying. The grass is covered in animal droppings 24/7. Almost $1,400 for a studio is absurd. Definitely do your research on other apartments before renting here. There are plenty of other apartments that are cheaper and worth the price. Sadly I thought I would enjoy my stay here being that this is Lincoln area but living here was miserable. If you live near the street expect to hear loud music from across the street and loud cars/motorcycles playing music and driving fast in the middle of the night. Not to mention the mail box constantly being broke into and rims being removed from cars that are inside of the gates. Also the new management sucks. Save yourself the stress and take your money elsewhere.

Manager Monica is amazing and super helpful/kind. I recently moved out of state and when it came to the deposit refund. The refund was very fair and I’m happy we got most of our deposit back! Monica is just an amazing manager all together. Thank you Monica!

Very friendly and convenient. Easy to get in touch with them and super pet friendly. Only required $500 for downpayment which is nice. I had two issues.

1. Was that there was always a flea issues with my dog due to having so many stay cats roaming around.

2. was security. Someone broke into everyone’s mail box and they stole my new ID. Who knows what they did with it but I got a call from the Police saying that they recovered it back.

The apartment manager Monica, and the maintenance Cuzman. Have been a blessing to this community. I have lived on the property since September 2017, and they are absolute professionals, and very efficient in taking care of any issues. I am very thankful that this community has them taking care of us.

The manager was so kind and super helpful! Made the application process easy and stress free! The managers have always been super helpful! The bad side is that units are extremely small and over priced for the size. During the summer it is extremely difficult! It is only one wall unit and does not reach the bedrooms. If you have a wall unit be ready for your PG&E bill to be very high! Also they need more security on the premises. For the price there should be security cameras and security on premises. I also think there should be designated parking spots, so many cars come in and out and does not feel safe.
