Phlebotomy field is flood. There’s over 70 applicants for every open position at any given time. Don’t take my word for it start calling around to see how many schools offer Phlebotomy and then see how many openings for CPT. Do you reach first, I wish I did. Don’t waste your money or time. Dont forget MAs also do phlebotomy. I went through this school and I passed the AMT exam the first time with an 83. If you do choose this path and decide to go through this school you will pass you will be certified. But the field is flooded.

I sent my son through the program. While the training was fine the scheduling of externship and filing the paperwork with the state CDPH has been a shift show. He did his training from Oct -Dec’22. He warned them he was getting ready to start his Collage classes mid Jan, and the missed getting him into the week externship until he was in classes so he had to wait til summer. He finished that externship in August ‘23, and gave the school his paperwork. They proceeded to fiddle fart around and mess up his paperwork two or three time with the state. We are now in May of ‘24 and he has just informed me that they finally sent the last certificate required to the state. We are now waiting on CDPH to process the license. Four months shy of two years two years. Definitely not what I would call efficient or effective.

Worse clinical institute I have ever dealt with, externship is ridiculously over booked.Don’t waste your money or time!! My son has been waiting for months and months for his and yet they can’t get him in. They were quick to take money!! Everyone is unprofessional and have no knowledge of anything that goes on there all I get is run around!

Not a place you will be trained for real life experiences.
Most phlebotomist are reprimanded for not knowing real life situations in fleet.
They don't even practice wrapping arms. They do not have dummy arms for practice.
Old director fired for not being janitor. There response is caused by truth being spoken.

Jami was a great instructor. They got me in quick and before I knew it I had my phlebotomy classroom done. There is some wait time between classroom and externship, but I’m excited to finish externship and see what’s in store for me.

I can't say enough about this program. This is sn amazing place. The people are amazing. I passed with a 96% today. I take my national boards on 8/7. I am on my way. Michelle was the best instructor in the world. She really cares. I feel like I spent my money on my future and got my moneys worth. I am soooo happy. If you have any questions please go in and talk to someone, they are there to help.

Mindy was super helpful got me in and out. Plus got me enrolled super fast about 30 mins got my book. And I was setup very clean and nice inside very friendly environment 😌
