Easy to schedule an appointment anytime. I did the online portion and skills at a testing center . Instructions were clear and I finished the skills portion in about 15 minutes, maybe less. No instructor. Just a mannequin and myself present in the room. The mannequin was hooked up to the computer and it analyzed your compressions and ventilations. Very easy.

The course is great with a very private setting and interactive equipment for the skills portion. It does take a little getting use too to get the hang of the computer readings and mannequin expectations. During my CPR portion, the computer froze, I called the 888 number and the gal just had me restart the computer. It saved all my previous passed modules and I did not have to restart all the way from the beginning. The actual course material portion before the skills for BLS and ACLS also went very smooth. Directions were clear and easy to follow for course access and navigation. Thanks SureFire!!

This was an awesome experience! I did the online portion at home and scheduled the skills for next day. I was a little hesitant knowing there wasn't an instructor but everything is set up and straight forward and not intimidating whatsoever. I was in and out in like 20 minutes!

I've never seen CPR done this way but wow is it the most efficient way of learning I've ever done. They have guided tutorials just in case you're struggling with something. The building was super clean, quiet and beautifully decorated. Best of all, they're open 24 hours. You really can't get better than that.
