Our daughter loved this daycare! The environment is warm, nurturing, and was a home away from home for our girl. Tonni is incredibly caring and attentive, and exceed our expectation for daycare provider. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a safe and loving space for their child.

I cannot say enough positive things about LITTLE LEADERS. If you are looking for ann emergent, play-based childcare program for your pre-Tk student…this is the place for you. The emphasis on emergent learning is apparent, allowing children to explore their interests and passions in a hands-on, interactive way. The play-based environment encourages creativity, problem-solving, and social skills development in a fun, engaging and not overwhelming manner- as the teacher / child ratio (1:4) promotes confidence and curiosity into socialization. It's truly heartwarming to see how the children thrive and grow in the nurturing and stimulating atmosphere Tonni provides. Tonni was great at communicating with me via text during my child’s first few transitional challenges- which helped me feel at ease as a parent. She was great at uploading photos of my daughter’s experiences as well- it would be the highlight of my week or day to receive! Tonni always shared personal development and funny new moments she has witnessed with the parents upon pickup which I also appreciated.

It was easy to have a down-to-earth relationship with Tonni. It is what sets this program apart. Parents are welcomed as partners in their child's education journey, with regular updates and transparent communication with struggles or new behaviors as well as opportunities to discuss seamless approaches from home to school for these obstacles. She also showed “humanism” which I can’t thank Tonni enough for. As parents, we are all doing our best to do our best; and Tonni gets that. She was flexible when needed, and reminded me we are all allowed days - including our children, right? I felt this level of openness allowed for us to have very real expectations in what emotions or activities I could expect or provide to help my daughter and visa-versa.

Tonni also took wonderful care of my daughter thru nutritional and organic meal prep. I attached some photos which I received thru Procare. I always knew my daughter was eating fresh, nutritious food to support her emotional and physical development. She never missed a meal picture which also created ease of mind learning any food sensitivities. Tonni also made sure that the children played outside when weather was safe. In doing so, created a cute green thumb out of my daughter. She loves to harvest now- thanks Tonni.

Overall, this childcare program excels in creating a supportive, enriching, and inclusive environment for children preparing for preschool . I am beyond impressed with the dedication Tonni places into her care for her students. Her relationship with my daughter is one that impacted my life as well, and one my daughter will never forget. I highly recommend this program to any parent seeking a truly exceptional early childhood education experience. Five stars all around- we Love Little Leaders.

A true home away from home!

I’ve had an incredibly positive experience with Little Leaders Livermore, where my daughter has been receiving the best care. From the warm and inviting atmosphere to the delicious meals, Tonni exceeded my expectations in every way.

First and foremost, Tonni has created an environment that radiates love and attention. I had been so anxious about leaving my baby with a stranger in order to go back to work, but after meeting Tonni that first time, I knew I would always feel confident leaving my little one in her hands. My daughter quickly formed a strong bond with her, never wanting to leave and always asking about her when at home.

One of my favorite things was Tonni’s commitment to providing a balanced and nutritious diet for the children. As a parent who values my daughter’s health but also doesn’t have the time to prepare meals before I head to work, I was so happy to discover that the daycare places a strong emphasis on offering a variety of healthy meals. This has even gotten my daughter to be more adventurous with new foods! Updates are sent through the Procare app, and I am always excited to see what Tonni had whipped up each day for my daughter.

Little Leaders facility also has the best age-appropriate toys, books, and activities that my daughter loves. She’s learned how to follow routines, which makes my life so much easier at home!

My toddler is moving on to preschool soon, but I am forever grateful to Tonni for providing such a positive and enriching experience for my family.
