I HAD to give Lee's Feed 3 stars. I brought my mom and twin 5 yr old niece's to pick out chickens. I wanted older chick's because we have many stray cats and raccoons in my farmland neighborhood. We walked waaaay to the back lol where they keep them. They called a couple of young gentlemen to catch ones we wanted. I wasn't expecting the conditions of the "back" chickens. It was pretty bad. They are crammed in a small area where it's obvious they are attacking each other because some were literally bleeding. This is why 3 stars. I felt like I was paying to rescue them. I'm conflicted because I want to give less stars because of the conditions of the chickens that grew past "cuteness " and didn't sell... On the other side of the coin... the customer service was AWESOME. I wish they treated the animals in back as well as they do the ones up front and the customers. The fellas sent to catch the chickens I wanted...were VERY PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING, and DETERMINED. They understood that many of the "back chickens were unfavorable due to the conditions they were kept in. The ones I did pick still have damage, sores, and aren't adorable, but I am grateful to have paid to rescue them from the "back". They are enjoying their new home where they will be spoiled and hopefully I get a few eggs in return. In conclusion... customer service was AMAZING. Store was cool, many options for animal care and clothing etc. Front animals are adorable and well kept. Please look past the fuzzy and cute... rescue a "back chicken" it'll lay eggs just as good as a fuzzy cute front chicken. Maybe more because it's grateful!!!!

Went to Lee's for propane. After I notified the staff of what I wanted, someone was out in minutes to fill my propane bottles. This was my first visit to Lee's but it won't be my last.

Nice feed store. We only stopped in to kill time. We, however, did find a few things for us. They had a great selection of clothes and shoes. I personally loved the earrings.
