Amazing resources. They have story time/play group for children 0-5years of age every Wednesday. My little ones look forward to it every week. Ms. Lina teaches the class. She is Amazing!! She helps the kids learn songs, crafts, take turns sharing etc. Mrs. Cassandra also helps and she is so patient with the kids. We love going here!!

Got the worst service!! Called and talked to a woman named Janelle she was very rude, not being helpful and had to have someone else assist me. If she answers the phone would recommend to ask for someone else!!

San Bernardino office doesn't answer phones I've been calling and calling and calling for multiple days and still no answer...not even a call back regarding my case! (6 month update)…. They still don’t answer their phones. This number thats on google transfers you to an operator who transfers you to the San Bernardino office just for the office to not EVER answer. And then theyre quick to say “you can try to come in” like what’s the point of the phone number on google if y’all don’t even pick up!!

They have awful service and play way to many games. Mrs. Venegas in the library is rude and stated she didn't care about helping me with my case. You walk in they say wait by your phone someone will call you when you have drove all the way from upland Marissa is supposed to be a supervisor yet none of my emails with verifications ever get through her email and I never have a problem anywhere else. I've asked to speak to someone above her and Mrs. Rios and there is always and excuse. I have been a client of here in the past and they were never like this now I have a judgement of two thousand against me for child care because they don't follow up they don't send you emails or even mail to say your missing anything for application. Extremely a waste of government funding.

Be ready to run around they will send out a denial letter but you want be able to get your worker on the phone and when they do call it will be at your scheduled work time that they know and they definitely want call you back in 3 days it's 8 business days later still waiting. It's been a horrible experience for me .

Ca t say enough about this place..
Helping individuals with resources and childcare is awesome. Especially as a single father. My Intrusion specialist has been amazing always checking up on me and my son. Ms. Louise Garnica you rock. Glad to have you assiting us in his IEP and many meetings. Great to have receive resources and encouragement for you. You are heaven sent..

This is a great service for the community, but be prepared to jump through hoops to get any help. I turned in all of the requested forms and was still not approved on time! They also will call your employer, so be prepared for your personal info and situation to be exposed to your employer (that was slightly frustrating) but the resource is there for those in dire need.
