It's a old building with no upgrades. It needs some work done to it. The grounds are not kept up either.

The staff was very helpful. Hospitable to all the dancers, actors and musicians that were involved in the "I Am " play by Jaye Allison. It was well equipped for our production down to the lights and audio. Bathroom and dressing room space was good and overall, a very pleasant time.

The second Friday jazz concerts are amazing. Producers Guild is in a Million and one organization. Worth every penny in the intermission that's a good time to connect with people in the community. It's on my calendar every month.
