My 2nd time working with an agency, and I’ve had the pleasure of having Neil as my recruiter. Neil has been wonderful; he is very receptive, and responds accordingly to any questions, cares, or concerns you have. I’ve had to switch from another agency due to unresolved concerns, and I’m glad to have found an agency that not only pays more, but also consistently shows compassion and care for their contract workers. Not sure about other work sites, but we get paid every week. I have to give credit to the Platinum payroll team for diligently reminding us to submit our time cards for processing and making sure we get paid accordingly.
