My experience was amazing, since the beginning when the front desk staff received me until I left. The doctor was pretty kind and explained everything in details. Also, the facility is very clean and cute with Disney decoration, I loved that part. my boyfriend and I will always come back.

Excellent Experience. I was greeted by Ashley the receptionist who was a bright ray of sunshine. Very happy go lucky, so you feel welcomed when you walked in. Conversation was great like you were talking to an old friend.

Dr. Ming took over from there and her light was just as bright. Very nice & pleasant during and after the examination, I got to know a little about her and she also got to know a little about me. Exam was what I expected, I did not feel rushed and she answered all my questions.

I have to absolutely without a doubt that this office and team are so incredible. They are patient, very professional, good way above and beyond but most of all (to me) they make you feel like family. Doctor N is a huge Disney fan, the decor of the office just puts you in a happy mood. You will NOT be disappointed when you arrive at the office. Love Dr. Nozaki. We have been going to Dr. Nozaki since 1989. We even live in Newhall and make the long drive to his office. He is very knowledgeable, professional, personable and kind. He is always very informative and thorough. His office staff is wonderful too. They are so sweet and helpful. We always told Dr. Nozaki that even if we moved out of staff we'd come back once a year for our eye exams. We highly recommend him and his office.
