Since my mom arrived at the facility, Robin Murray who is the Director and Emely who is the Community Relations Director have been nothing short of incredible and wonderful to talk with, listen to our needs and make my mom feel special. Both make my mom feel important and cared for. Sergio who is the maintenance man and Leslie who works the front desk have also been exceptional. My Mom receives 3 good meals a day, has a "push button" she wears and gets immediate attention. I feel assured that my mom is being well taken care of. Even as the son, I'm made to feel like a friend and always welcome.

This is an update to a recent review of the Fountain Square Facility in Lompoc, CA where my mom had resided for 1 month prior to moving her to another State to live near me.

I would like to thank all of the staff at the facility for taking care of my 92 year old mother. In particular; Robin, Emely, Leslie, Sara, Sergio for making us feel special from day one. All were quick to assist in anything asked, especially caring and friendly, making us feel like family.

While the food service, quality, variety IMHO could be improved, I brought it up to the management and again, they were quick to respond and look into the matter.

We wish the best to all of the staff and will miss them.

My Sister and I just moved our Mother into The Fountain Square less than a month ago. She needed more care than the assisted living situation she was living at for two years. We needed her to be safer and be given more specific care due to her memory issues. Wow! What a difference in the care! Robin and Emely are such pros and have handled this move with kindness and respect. For the first time in years my family can sleep at night knowing Mom is being given the utmost care. The staff in the memory care area are all so sweet and treat Mom as a family member of their own. We are grateful.

Our Aunt has lived here since 2016 and we are grateful for the care she is given by all the thoughtful staff at Fountain Square. In particular, I’ve been so appreciative of the special attention shown by Lesley who covers reception and so many other aspects of communication and customer experience. When I need to get medical appointments scheduled or special care instructions distributed to the right staff she is on it…reliable, responsive, kind, and trustworthy. As a family member trying to ensure our loved one has what they need to thrive and in particular to get through some of the challenges that arise in managing their care it’s so comforting to have wonderful staff like Lesley there to facilitate the best outcomes. And the many other staff buzzing around the facility every day providing dedicated care are our heroes. It’s like having a team working right there with you.

My wife and I researched a place for my wonderful mother. Fountain Square in Lompoc was at the top of the list. She will be moving in shortly. I have to thank Krystal and the staff at Fountain Square for making this happen so smooth and quickly. Thank you.

Update: My mother was able to move back home. I wanted to thank the wonderful staff of Fountain Square for providing such a safe and secure place to live for my mother in the middle of the pandemic. I can't say enough about the staff. They are professional, competent, and caring. My mother and I discussed and give a heartfelt 5 stars. Thank you.

We had to place my mother for a respite care (7 days) in the Memory Care unit, due to the circumstances surrounding the death of my father. We had a wonderful experience with the staff, despite the issues of COVID19. The paperwork was very daunting but the director, Robin, was very patient with us. They were very accommodating and the staff we interacted with were amazing. Special thanks to the Memory Care director, Megan, for her recommendations of reading material. And to Meeta, who loved my mom like her own while she was there! You are one special lady!

If I could go lower then 1 star i would. Ever since this company took over the apartment i have been renting at for almost 3 years prior to this company, I have had nothing but problems with them. I had to reapply for the place, i was late to pay rent during through the COVID 19 pandemic a few times and was charged late fees, when it is illegal at the moment. And when asked why i received a notice to vacate they had just said I don’t qualify. I spoke to my neighbors who have been there before I have and they said they haven’t received any letter or email stating they have to reapply and qualify. I feel my family and i are being harassed and forced out of our home and no one else is. I feel discriminated against. Do not rent from them here in Lompoc. Very bad company.
