Not sure why my review is gone but reposting. I wanted to give this company a good review due to the packers being nice, hard working people. However, I cannot recommend this company. They were assigned as my packers for my military move and lots of my stuff arrived damaged at my final destination. Lots of my stuff were less than 4 months old. They were also high value items that were important to me. Damages on my traeger grill cover, rooftop tent, rooftop tent cover, roof rack, truck ladder, work bench, dining table and my safe. If you are assign this company, i recommend requesting a different company.

We were assigned this moving company as part of our military move. Felix and Marty showed up on our scheduled day and they did a phenomenal job unloading and unpacking all of our stuff. Extremely friendly, quick and were true professionals.

Jose, Andrew and Donald are amazing! They are punctual and very professional. They moved with a purpose. They are very friendly and we felt comfortable with them in our home. Their main office is also very professional and communicative. I highly recommend!

The guys that did the move were fantastic.

The office staff, on the other hand, is disorganized. We emailed them the payment information a month before our scheduled move to secure our move date. The day before the move, we called because we had not heard anything. The person we emailed (we were told this was the general manager) did not notify the scheduling staff and so our move was not booked. We forward the email showing the date/time stamp and they were able to get our move done on the day we needed, but there was a lot of uncertainty and frustration. Then, they stated they tried calling us but the number they called was not in service. I think they dialed a wrong number.
