I echo the sentiment of the last reviewer. This place has no security and will leave the room with your child and their abuser alone. They will allow the other parent to bring unapproved foods for your child and let them use their phone and take pictures instead of playing with the child. I have had this place and their staff lie over and over again. No accountability on their part. This place needs to be shut down immediately.

If you want your's and your child's abuser to use this place to continue to harrass you, then Parenting Time of Loomis is the appropriate place for you. You want to be handed documents, which are illegal under the Superior Court Rules of 5.20 section (L) (8.), then they can help you with that headache also. What a dangerous and poorly managed place. I think this place would be good for temporary situations... but if you're dealing with a really dangerous person, they'll probably get you in more danger.

I needed to update my review, for the past year has been "pleasant" with this business. The owner does a good job at communicating through email as well as the monitors texting updates for the visits. If there ever are problems shown by the custodial parent during drop off and pick up, they are addressed immediately. The park nearby is offered and as long as the custodial parent doesn't go out of their way to say no to the park visits, the monitors happily allow you to bring picnics and outside toys. They one drawback... is the cost. It's currently $70 an hour in 2023 and that adds up quickly. Plan on working extra hours to keep up with the visits. The progress notes and visitation notes help dramatically in the court room so I suggest you purchase them.

I am very grateful for parenting time. We have several years of experience with them now and they help make what used to be a very stressful situation much easier. They recently changed ownership and the new owner is sweet as pie. She has made a beautiful, clean and safe space for my child to visit his father. There are many different rooms to choose from , upon availability. There are age appropriate rooms for infants all the way up to teens. My son is a teen now so he really enjoys the room with the video games. He always looks forward to his visits there. They have really made an effort to create a comfortable, homelike environment. There is a park across the street and places to eat. They even get to walk up to the street faires and events that are hosted on Taylor road, weather permitting. All around, it's been a great experience for us. He says his dad even enjoys their visits more! Thank you, Parenting Time! 🙂

I had such a bad experience with this place. They let the non-custodial parent claim we stole her ID card and debit card saying the child took them and we were refusing to give them back and they also let her hide notes and her bloody birthing photos on the child for Mothers Day.

5 years of positive experiences. I would recommend parenting time to anyone needing supervised exchanges or supervised visitation. Their staff is helpful, friendly and professional.
