I have been out of practice for a number of years. When I decided to reenter health care, the licensing board for my profession required a refresher course. When i started looking into the suggested courses, they were not a good fit. After I looked up Medical Advancement Center, it seemed like a perfect fit! It was close to home, the price was very reasonable, the staff was super quick and efficient with answers to my questions and the course checked all the boxes for my license requirements.
After taking the course, I am much more confident and equipped to seek employment. I am also safer to practice as a direct result of the instruction from this program. Dawn made sure to respond to all my emails with professional and quick responses. And Jackie is a master at her craft. Her lessons were relatable and engaging. She made sure to tailor her lectures to each student without singling anyone out. Also she was very considerate to her students and our circumstances as to why we took a sabbatical from Nursing, and she made sure she expressed zero judgment. What a great example! Thank you so much! I’m looking into future classes available now!

Brilliant instruction! Jackie is a deep well of experience and information. I can honestly say she's the best instructor I've ever had. She uses wonderful analogies and illustrations, real life and relatable examples. She is such an effective communicator and entertaining as well! I highly recommend the RN refresher course. I took the Nurse Refresher Course with Jackie Fritz and it was excellent. She is a wealth of knowledge, a great instructor and made learning fun. I highly recommend taking the refresher course with Jackie. She is so experienced and she actually cares for each and everyone that shows up to learn. I was able to regain confidence in my skills and knowledge after being away from bedside for a bit. Her hands on approach is just what I needed. I will return again for my next educational need. Wonderful class!! Jackie is a great teacher, she uses a lot of imagery to make learning (and relearning) easy to grasp.
