⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Experience at NDCI

My journey at Nurses Development Center was truly life-changing. As someone navigating the challenges of studying nursing in a new country and language, I found unwavering support and encouragement from the instructors and staff. The program was rigorous, but it prepared me exceptionally well—not just for the NCLEX but for real-world nursing.

The instructors at NDCI genuinely care about their students' success. They go above and beyond to ensure you understand the material, providing guidance that extends beyond the classroom. I especially appreciated the structured approach to learning, the hands-on clinical experience, and the emphasis on critical thinking—skills that have been invaluable in my transition to working as a nurse.

Beyond academics, I grew personally and professionally. NDCI gave me the confidence to step into my role as a nurse, and I’m incredibly grateful for the friendships and mentorship I gained along the way. This school may look small compared to other big fancy looking schools- but the instructors are amazing, caring and full of knowledge.

I completed the CNA program last year and waited for their next full time LVN program at NDCI because I knew this school was worth waiting for.

I have now been enrolled in the LVN program for more than a month. I couldn't be happier.

The DON, Ms. Felix, feels like a second mom to me- she is so kind, encouraging always greets you with a smile and she really does care.

Mr. Roy will will keep you awake during theory, you will laugh, look forward to his class and you will leave understanding things rather than just memorizing and reading.

Clinicals are exciting and Mr. D helps you feel safe and confident.

Every instructor/staff here are very friendly, always smiling and they genuinely want you to succeed.

I thank God for where I am and for the NDCI staff.

I was a CNA student back in 2015 and it was worth it because I passed my CNA certification exams (both skills and written) with ease. I'm currently an LVN student (I enrolled on the evening part time program that they offer alongside full time) at the end of my second term and I know full well that I'm getting more than what I'm paying for.

Mr. Roy Salazar is an amazing and lively theory instructor who simplifies anxiety-triggering subjects and concepts, making them easier to understand. He ensures that each one of us learns and understands before proceeding to a new topic.

Mr. Dwight de Guzman and Ms. Lin Nguyen are both fantastic clinical instructors who guide us from learning skills in the simulation labs to the clinical site where we apply learned theories and skills on real patients.

Ms. Germaine's guidance as the DON is stellar. She continuously helps me throughout my terms and explaining to me which subjects I have to focus on to improve my grades.

The whole faculty and staff here makes the whole program an enjoyable and memorable experience while preparing the students to be great future nurses.

This program was amazing. The school here is an actual certified testing location, so when you go here you get the added bonus of practicing in the facility you are going to test in! They have life like mannequins to practice on and realistic hospital rooms set up on campus with all supplies needed. The best part though was our teacher Mr. Adam! He literally will do anything in his power to make sure you have everything you need and more to pass the state test. He’s super patient, very friendly, and has went above and beyond by providing us with extra practice materials. I passed both of my tests (practical and written) first time no problems! Amazing program!

Great school and environment for learning. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I was part of the full time program and recommend it to those looking into nursing.

I took the CNA program in November ‘23 and completed the program January ‘24. I took the state exam in February and passed on my first try. The staffs are helpful and Mr. Adam was a wonderful,
funny instructor. He cared for his students and made sure we understood the assignments/lessons/terms being taught. As well as with the skills, Mr. Adam explained step by step and clear.

Going to this school they really help a lot provide your with everytime you need. Also Mike is great he helps you a lot with any questions you ask no matter what it is. Over all I give NDCI a 10/10 and I recommend it for anybody interested in nursing

This school has been nothing but a great experience for me so far. The instructors are great and very engaging. The clinical exposure has been amazing as well. Greatly recommend their LVN program!!
