Michael and Steven are fantastic. I took their 3-day class through eXp Realty and it is a TON of content. Many of their concepts - especially their GRID and their discipline regarding prospecting - can be used even in a residential setting, and the deal eval methods work in residential or commercial investment scenarios. Some of the negative reviews on.here are complaining that Michael solicits folks into his coaching programs. Yes, he does... So what? He gets and promotes having a coach and/or a mentor. He's been there, done that, so whats wrong with him offering his services as a coach? Great class, great time-tested marketing and prospecting concepts, and a great way to look at commercial real estate. I highly recommend his classes.

I am so thankful for Michael Simpson and the NCREA is an absolute Godsend!!! Last year was my first year in commercial real estate, and I totally had no clue what I was doing. I had signed up for commercial training through my brokerage, but I just found it very time consuming and it took too long to learn.
