Very rude, and terrible service. A change of certain staff needed.

During this time when parents need guidance and have questions to this “distance learning” there is NO ONE to answer calls and questions. We just get a mass email with limited information and told to call with questions yet no one is ever there to answer the phone regardless of the time being called. Very discouraging to the parents to be left out here with no way of getting questions answered or help in a timely manner.
