Sent here after a concussion. Waited almost 3 hours. The nurse (Mercy was her name I believe) rushed me through, gave the most basic concussion exam, dismissed anything I had to say from the onsite medical exam that I was given before heading over. She didn't seem to listen or care. In and out in 10 minutes or less. I was there at the end of the day, seemed like she wanted me to leave so she could go home. I had to actually ask to be seen by her again immediately after she said I was done. I was sent there specifically to have my ears examined for damaged, which she then did grudgingly. Didn't really say if they looked good or bad, sent me on my way.

Month and a half later I am still in significant pain. I had come back, seen 2 doctors. Both were nice, but because they said I could go back to work my case got closed. That means that when I eventually got a referral to a neurologist it didn't go through. Queue 2 weeks before it finally gets figured out so I can make a month-out appointment with someone the nurse should have originally sent me off to.

So yeah. Rushed through, not cared about, and my file got messed up causing a significant delay in my medical care. Avoid this place.

Very busy place, but provides good care, My experiences with Sabrina up front have always been very good, and Dr. Lozano is straight to the point, and communicates very well. Hillevive, the PT does an outstanding job and I feel satisfied knowing that my recovery is on the right track. Ive never gotten the feeling that Hillevive or Dr. Lozano has had anything other than my best interests in mind when dealing with them. The place does get a bit scattered as they are very busy, and they may pass you around a couple times to get you in when you need to be in, but Sabrina and Terri do a great job making you feel better about the whole thing. I have no reservations about going in here, and am glad that such competent staff is available to me in a local area.
