Told me to delete my review, I did and I'll just put it shortly then, bad service, was charged 200 with a 1000 dollar total, had to ask chase (card holder) to revoke the charge.

They called me back shortly after leaving my earlier review telling me they'll sue me if I don't take it down, they denied all my claims even the fact they were screaming at me, hung up, and refused to pick up my call.

Claimed their therapist had family die which is why we couldn't get our service, there was only one session done which lasted 10 minutes to introduce ourselves, second one they got the time wrong, and third one they had to cancel for personal reasons.

Emailed them to cancel and they charged a month later that outrageous total.

Also threatening to bring me to small claims court as a 17 year old. Pretty cold from them, will not take this review down. My first review was a little heated because they hung up and refused to let my mom speak because she was crying about the situation. Absolutely cold and heartless

The owner's ego and incompetence as a business owner seems to leak into their emails when speaking with employees after refusing to provide a schedule for them. I truly hope their previous employees find success elsewhere - Because it's obviously no where to be found at Education Works Consulting Firm

I’ve had terrible (multiple) experiences with this counseling center. And am actually awaiting a call back as I have left 2 voicemails complaining about some extreme unprofessional behavior.
I was on a wait list for therapy, and was finally matched with a therapist.
The Friday before my appt I receive an email from Evan in regards to my upcoming appointment being cancelled as the therapist would no longer be working for the firm at the end of the month. The day of my scheduled therapy appt rolls around and I get a call from the therapist checking in to see if I was coming to session. I informed her of the email I received, read it to her, and to our surprise I (THE PATIENT) informed a therapist that she would no longer be at the firm. So unprofessional.
My previous therapist here was late 7+ minutes to every single session. I only saw him 4/5x and he was so closed minded. Every session I said 3-4x “it’s not that black and white” and he would be surprised about a lot about what I shared. I even expressed to him that I didn’t like that he didn’t let me talk about my experiences and he thanked me for the feedback. In my last session I brought up something I’d like to work on/talk about and he freaked out. He kept saying to get medical advice and ended the session early (yes, even though he was late). That, plus his inability to see things outside of his perspective really messed me up. He hyper focused on one subject the first 3 sessions even though I told him I didn’t want to. Then, and in reflection, I feel he forced me to see his viewpoint - which really damaged me.
Besides the past two experiences, I’ve had a couple bad therapists here. But I’ve also had 2 really good ones. Dr. Amanda walker & Jenn (no longer there) were incredible.
Yes, you will switch therapists A LOT here. I am still waiting for a call back and would love to talk to someone in charge about my experiences. I need/needed therapy and this place has inflected a lot of damage.

Avoid this place, they're not likely to have much respect for you because they don't have respect for the people they hire (or don't hire, evidently).
