Not a great experience if you're taking a math exam. They won't let you have scrap paper and make you use a laminated piece of paper and a dry erase marker that doesn't really erase very easily. It was very inconvenient and messy; I'd go somewhere else if I anticipated needing to do a lot of calculations. They also make you pay in cash and don't have change on hand. Still, good location and great staff. But you can find something better!

I had a good experience here taking my GCP Professional Data Engineer exam! I passed the exam and the exam room was quiet and comfortable. The building was easy to find. Reception was quite friendly as well

I had an exam scheduled for 8am and arrived at 7:45am. By 9am, I was still waiting along with 10 other people. I called AVNA about 5 times, emailed and messaged, but couldn’t contact anyone. After waiting an hour and fifteen minutes with about 10 other people in a dingy hallway, one person heard back from AVNA that the test center was closed last minute because the one employee never showed up to work that day. Horrible experience. AVNA is extremely unprofessional. I would rate them 0 stars if I could.

Took about 3 minutes from time I arrived to time I sat down to start my exam. They tell you to go in when ready, didn't feel pressured by receptionist to enter the room, which is great if you don't want external factors affecting your exam experience. The testing room is quite narrow and the amount of people taking exams depends on the day and time you schedule for. Otherwise it's a fine testing experience and I recommend it

Would not recommend taking a test here. The room I was assigned to was super narrow with desks along both walls. You are not able to walk to/from your seat without pushing and moving other people. Likewise, when someone else walks in or out, your chair is being pushed to make way. Super distracting. Wish I could post a photo but phones are not permitted inside. Also, arrived 30 min prior to the exam start as instructed to find out they are not even open yet. Waited in the tiny hallway along with other 15 people without access to restrooms or being able to sit. The person in charge arrived past my appointment time.

I had a pretty good experience at this center but what I did not like was that the volume in the headphones was too high and that at the end of the test the guy who worked there asked me to get my phone and to write a review for the center right there. He also selected 5 stars for the review before handing my phone over to me.

Came here first thing in the morning to take my TSA test. Disregarding the many subway delays, the building was very easy to get to from the station. It felt like a calm atmosphere from the start. The front desk man asked me for two forms of ID (as stated in the email) then gave me a key to store my items in a locker. He assigned me a computer number and access code and I was able to complete the assessment. The testing room was completely quiet, despite it being filled with people. After I was done, the man logged me off the computer, I gathered my belongings, and got my results as soon as I left the building. Would definitely recommend this location for anyone having to take an exam.
