If anyone saw yesterday's confrontation with a young lady and the security guards yesterday please report this incident to the appropriate department for action to be taken.🤔🙁 I actually thought I was in the middle of The Jerry Springer Show.😮 Things like these shouldn't be happening to nobody and the social workers alike the security guards should be properly trained to handle these kinds of situations before they escalate.🙄🙏 Although I Myself was treated politely and professionally I wished I didn't have to see so much drama going on.

The slowest security line to even enter the building, which doesn't make sense considering the amount of security personal and Sheriff's always on site. It is taking me 30 minutes with 7 single people in line in front of me. Call Guinness book of world records because it must be a new record for incompetent human encounters. Artificial intelligence would definitely be easier to deal with.

Closing your doors before 4:45pm when you close at 5pm is no service to your community. Even 4:45pm is too early. As a working citizen I am aware that even the working class recieves aid in some cases, and they do not often get off in time to make it to the office before 4:30. I arrived at this location at 4:35pm, after work to pick up an important necessity and they turned me away stating they're not letting anyone in as they are "done for the day". This is terrible. Your community deserves better! I will be reporting this to the appropriate department. I'm so sorry to parents who are unable to get what they need because of this offices unwillingness to serve it's community effectively.
