The drivers are not always the nicest and don't know the policies through and through but the staff on the phone and the supervisors are very professional and know what they're doing. So, hopefully I can take my jetson next time. Ebikes are not motorized bicycles. The policy doesn't say Ebikes aren't allowed on the bike racks. I've been living in Long Beach for years and NOW they have a policy against bikes? I think the policy needs to be more descriptive and it should say that ebikes are allowed as long as they're not rentals and can fit on the rack. It's 2023 LBT, get with the program!

I wish so bad that I made it safely to LBT, I would have done anything and everything asked of me if Uber or Lyft shoferrd me safely and comfortabley to destination. Not what I would want. I only come out for exactly what I crave and desire.

Today is 8/18/23
The bus driver driving the passport route today at 730-755 am (who I forgot to get his name) is the best bus driver I have encountered in my 12+ years on LB TRANSIT . Very friendly and in my opinion deserves a raise for being so customer service like and a safe driver. Very attentive to all pedestrians who are sitting at the bus stop even if those pedestrians are not waiting for the bus.

The drivers on the 40's (Anaheim st.) have refused to let me get on the bus multiple times because they're too crowded. This has happened multiple times causing me to be late to work and before you say "take an earlier bus", I don't want to be at work 1:30 early. It's not only one driver but two. I understand there's a lot students but I've tried different times and sometimes it's not even too crowded. Please help!

Not reliable

On 3/23/24, tried two consecutive times to get on the passport at the Residence Inn - Queensland. Was there, even texted for arrival time, never showed up…. Waste of time and effort.

I left my Tap Card, Medical ID and SSN.i called Customer Service and Jonathan immediately reached out to the driver to secure my items. Each time I have called (most recently, I spoke with Liz)I have been treated with kindness and patience. THANK YOU ALL.

Most of the drivers are pretty nice. The down side: 1) Some major routes only run once an hour and ending as early as 7:30 pm! 2) It is virtually impossible to catch a connecting bus, unless the bus driver is getting off work and finishes 5 minutes early in order for him/her to catch the connecting bus at the same stop that you are!
