Amazing staff, everyone was so kind and patient. I want to shout out Allison, Lorenzo, and Donald for making this the easiest/quickest appointment ever. Usually it takes around 3-4 hours on average to go through the process but they cut that to one hour!!! I’m wishing all the staff the best, thank you for the warm welcome and quick service.

I went today when they first opened up. I was told there was a wait because they were short a provider and had 6 urgent patients before us. I appreciated the information. We decided to stay. We were here for a refill due to our provider office messing up our appointment. The front office girl was great. The gentleman that was our case worker gave us a lot of resources. We were told it may take 4 hours. The nurse in triage was super nice and friendly. We were actually able to see a provider via teleconference. The provider was very helpful and professional. Place was clean. The security guard was super helpful. I would highly recommend this location.

Why am I standing outside literally for five to ten minutes in the heat. I’ve used the intercom as it stated on the door and no one came to the door. Called the intercom second time and you hear laughing, giggling and unprofessional remarks. I see inside there is a line and receptionist sitting at the front desk. A staff member came out the door going to her car and happen to open the door. If the staff member hadn’t been leaving. I guarantee I still would be standing there. When you don’t take your job serious enough to actually care about the patient. Please find another occupation!!!

Some staff members here are not accepting of transgendered 👎🚫🏳️‍⚧️ especially the gaiey male receptionist who works at the front desk and the emotionally uncontrolled and unfriendly less bee ann women who sides with him.

Incredibly opposing, transphobic and unsupporting individuals who should be fired and never be working in a mental health facility ever again. They shouldn't be working in a job like that at all in the first place.

Do not come here if you suffer from gender dysphoria, chances are they'll do their very best to discourage you from transitioning or at the very least seeking a diagnosis so they can discharge you from the facility immediately because they don't want to help people like me.

I just want to say that I am very concerned at all the one stars comments being reported and the facility has not made an attempt to respond back. That has me believe that the problem is the staff. As for me I was had an emergency and was looking for a place to take my child but reading the rates literally scared me away I hope I can find a place that does have compassion and loves what they do to receive patients coming in need of mental health services

Horrible experience! They wasted my time when they failed to mention they don't prescribe controlled substances. They'll give you anti-psychotic medication and pump so many of those medications in you that you look as if you're about to die, but they won't give you what really need. Anti-psychotic medication hits you harder than anti-anxiety medication and messes you up real bad, yet they lack the fortitude to actually help people in dire need of help.

Their referal services are also outdated. Most places they refer you to don't exist or their policies have changed. That's very lazy on their part. I went in there seeking help and came out with homework to look for help when I called them out for their lack of knowledge of the facilities they were referring me to.

They enforce wearing face masks, they just don't follow them.

If you can go to a hospital or anywhere they have grapefruits to give what you need, I recommend you go there instead. A complete waste of my time, if they had been honest with me the first time I spoke to them, all this could have been avoided. I'll never go here again.

These people treated me horribly. I was kept in the lobby instead of being transferred to an actual facility for 3 days, while everyone else around me was leaving. The nurses were rude and unhelpful for the most part. The doctor I saw misdiagnosed me and gave me the wrong medication. I will never go back to inpatient care because of those 3 days.

I went in this morning to seek mental health. All of the team here is wonderful. Front front desk, nurse, therapist and psychiatrist. I saw Saray and she was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and like I knew her for years. I really enjoyed speaking with her. And the psychiatrist was great too. Thank you Stars. May God bless you all for being here to help us.
