Selling a home in today's economic times is challenging at best. We knew of Steve Auslender from many years ago. He has been a staple in the community for decades. For nearly 30 years, Steve has been serving San Luis Obispo County Real Estate activity. He has witnessed the ups and downs within the real estate market, especially the South Bay region of the County. Even though we had some experience buying and selling property in the County, we approached the sale of our mother's home held in a Living Trust with caution during these times.
