This location is by far the best in San Luis Obispo county. Chris was beyond amazing, helpful, speedy and kind. It’s the best experience I’ve had at any providers store yet. I was in and out with a new phone, accessories(that Chris so kindly discounted for me for no reason at all) and a lower bill on my existing lines in about 40 mins with no additional costs to me. I walked out of the store saving money. Chris exhausted all resources and qualifying discounts to help me with costs and get me a new phone. I was impressed by his performance! If you need to handle anything in person at Verizon I highly recommend making the trip to the Los Osos store. You won’t regret it.

I would like everyone to know how great Chris and Beckham were to me when they didn't have to. I bought a phone from Walmart but got locked out Walmart said there's nothing they could do. I'm disabled and was without a phone 5 days but Chris and Beckham helped me get it open so I wouldn't be without a phone. They actually cared got it open right away without charging me or turning me away. So from now on my next phone will be from Verizon I would much rather get it from people who give crap.

Salepersons are on commission. No price tags on accessories, then didn’t get a receipt for the accessories so I had no idea what I bought until the next day. When they transferred the data to my new phone, the problem I came in for transfered to the new phone. Fixed the issue with the help of Mr Google, but now I have a new phone and a $50/month higher bill. My old phone still worked except for the afore mentioned issue. And then Verison Internet! Don’t get me started. Free trial? Ha! Free time suck!

Extremely patient and helpful staff who are both friendly and informative. Unfortunately, with Los Osos being a tiny, rural backwater with a miniscule population hovering around 17,000 and zero proximity to tourist attractions or growing population centers like SLO or Morro Bay, Verizon has not seen fit to ensure adequate 4G and 5G coverage anywhere in town aside from along El Morro Avenue between roughly 3rd and 13th streets. Want to make a call from near the busy intersection of 9th and LOVR, or scroll social media while waiting for your food at La Casita? Call someone who cares, but first you'll have to find signal. As great as the sales team at the local Verizon store is, I highly recommend signing on with AT&T or T-Mobile instead.

The service at the Los Osos, CA store was excellent. Landon is extremely patient, thorough and knowledgeable. Cody was also very helpful. If l have any questions about my phone and or purchase, l wouldn't hesitate to seek them out.
