Visited for mass with my husband as he grew up Catholic. The grotto and grounds are lovely. They host several festivals and events throughout the year that are wonderful community/family events to attend.

Good and holy monks here! Also, a nice grotto, gift shop, and picnic area. Outdoor Stations of the Cross too, that leads to the community's cemetery, founded around the turn of the last century. Beautiful.

The Benedictine monks of St. Bernard Abbey are very hospitable. A beautiful place to reflect on God's deep love for us. The Ave Maria grotto is on the grounds and features the work of Brother Joseph Zoettl who made replicas of shrines and churches from around the world with found objects.
