We rent privately from the owners son on their Crystal Creek property. For three months we’ve had poorly functioning electricity and leaking pipes. I’ve tried to talk to him about it on multiple occasions but nothing gets fixed. Our floorboards are now damaged and we can’t shower more than once every few days or the carpet is soaked from the leak he’s pretended to fix multiple times. Two working outlets and lights that flicker. Leak in the roof in the bedroom. All have been brought to his attention and left unfixed.
