I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this school. I took the Computerized Office and Accounting course. The 100% online format was perfect for my schedule, and my teacher- Ms. Nancy Brady - was amazing. She was always patient, understanding, and made sure I felt comfortable learning at my own pace. I never felt rushed or pressured , which made a huge difference , since I'm an injured worker who had to reinvent herself.
I'm very grateful for this opportunity and would recommend this school anyone seeking a high-quality online education

My experience at health staff training institute was nothing but pleasant. I did the pharmacy tech program and Mr.Mike made the learning experience fun and easy to learn. Always made sure you felt welcomed and heard as well. It was overall a great experience to say the least !

I really enjoyed doing my phlebotomy class that I took here. Ms Andrea, my instructor was VERY helpful with everything. I appreciate all her help.Even all the other staff, they are so helpful with everything and anything you need. I would so recommend this school for anyone that's trying to get into the medical field.

Continuing education was a bit of a worrisome for me after 20 years. It was stressful for me to decide what was best for me, as for most of us with work schedules, children/ family, and after school sports etc.. Healthstaff was one of the most greatest opportunities that I came across. I was able to work online and complete my course as I stayed focused. I had the flexibility to fit my course into my daily schedule and graduated. Miguel Palos who was my instructor was available every time needed, addressing all my concerns and questions promptly. Miguel showed himself to be super supportive, very knowledgeable, cares about his students and took the time to explain with patience and is committed to helping others. Healthstaff was one of my greatest experiences that I highly recommend. Thank you Miguel and all the staff @ Healthstaff.

Mrs Andrea creates a supportive classroom where every student feels valued and challenged, breaking down complex concepts with clear explanations and engaging activities. She went above and beyond to cater all my needs. Highly recommend her class.The staff is great. When it comes to placement for externship it tends to get stressful because of the location or not knowing what to expect. This is the second program I completed with this school. Loved my experiences in both class setting. I’m hopeful for a successful career in the beginning of this year!

I learn alot of vital information from my time at Health Staff Training institute in there SUD program. Miguel Palos was my instructor and if I ever needed anything or had questions, Miguel was always available and extremely informative and knowledgeable. The information and courses cover alot of on the job topics and made me feel prepared to take my state exam. Extremely invaluable and highly recommend there Alcohol and Drug Counselor program to anyone looking to further in a career field that desperately needs compassionate and dedicated individuals.

My experience within the Phlebotomy program has been amazing. Not only is it cost efficient, but it consists of only 8 classes (8 week duration). Ms. Andrea, the Phlebotomy teacher has been one of my absolute favorite teachers that I’ve ever had within the 14+ years of schooling I have endured. She’s kind, funny, helpful, knowledgeable, understanding, and holds her students accountable. You can tell she loves what she does, and practices exceptional quality of care within her field of work. Thank you Ms. Andrea for everything. I’m sure I speak for your whole class when I say we’re grateful for the time and effort you put into teaching us!
