Thomas and Devin were both very warm and welcoming. They explained the process and what to expect very thoroughly. They were patient and answered all my questions with ease. They made what felt like a stressful process seamless, easy and comfortable. I really appreciated their style and manner of communicating. With so much information they laid it all out in a way I could digest and process. A great team!

As a former employee, the treatment of its employees are despicable. Directors and regional managers are threatened by capable, intelligent employees and purposely hinder career advancement. They also grossly lie to EDD. I've fought them in court and won which resulted in EDD benefits and restoration of reputation. A class action lawsuit was also won in regard to this company illegally withholding breaks from its employees.

As far as clients, they overcharge and gear towards rich, privileged clientele. LBLP will also constantly advise returning to the same redundant reading program, taking gross advantage of their clients. They suggest the same programs - Seeing Stars & Visualizing and Verbalizing - to every single potential client. Test scores and results aren't what they seem. These are facts. Stay away from this place - as an employee & potential client.
