If I could give PESG 0 stars I would. I worked for PESG under Staff EZ for 2 years. I had nothing but problems from day one. PESG was not timely about scopes of work and only gave them out weeks to months after the contracted jobs were started. Numerous checks I received from PESG were paid weeks after the scheduled pay dates. The checks were then only cut after having to make numerous phone calls and emails begging to be paid. PESG always gave the runaround as to why the check was not cut on time; every time a new excuse. PESG even bounced a check for $600.00, then never paid the bank fees I incurred because of the bounced check. If you like to be paid on time, not have your checks bounce and have a contract at the start of your job then do not work for this company.

Dealing with the staff at PESG can be painful. Unfriendly, hard to get a hold of, transferred to different people, seem annoyed by questions asked. It's unfortunate that schools districts use this company so employees are stuck using them. I am SOOOOOO glad the majority of my schools have switched over to EduStaff starting with the 2018 schools year. I only have one word to PESG....SAYONARA!

messed up checks often (not paid days I worked), when called to ask questions I was told that I didn't know what I was talking about, even though I had reference numbers. Person I spoke with about sounded ghetto hood rat that could care less about anything else. super terrible attitude. at start of this school year i magically went from 8 districts to only 3 (never changed account). took it as a sign, i quit. terrible company, would give 0 stars if i could. have had issues with them for years

This site is very difficult to navigate. Everything is outsourced to a different website so I have had to create multiple accounts for things such as paychecks and scheduling. Every minute task turns into a wild goose chase in which I end up wasting enormous amounts of time. So inefficient and not even a little intuitive.
Every time I have called for help the employees act like it is an extreme annoyance to be speaking to me at all and do not even seem to know any more information than I do.
There is an extreme shortage of subs in our community, and I believe that if the system were better, that might change. However, PESG makes it even more difficult for people to become subs and so I understand why they give up the process. IT IS WAY HARDER THAN IT NEEDS TO BE. SOMEONE FIX IT!!!!!

PESG is an adequate staffing company. They are not the best one out there, but they are not the worst, either. It can, however, be extremely difficult to get a hold of somebody when you need them the most, especially at the main office.

I'd give a zero star. I have never worked for such a despicable company. They declared bankruptcy, sent an email in the evening, failed to make payroll and closed their doors all in one day. Good riddance!!
