This place was amazing! The staff was extremely courteous! We took a chance booking a party at a place we've never been to. We even drove 45 minutes to get there. My son always wanted a Lazer tag party for his birthday and finally got one. We trusted the reviews we read online and Infuzion Zone did not disappoint! We loved it so much we booked a second party and we can't wait to go back!

We went here for laser tag with a group of thirteen. We had adults and six kids under 10 years old. We had a great time! Since I am colorblind, I was hoping if we were playing teams that the colors would be distinguishable enough for me. Thankfully, it was a free for all so that made it easier for me:). Games lasted about 10 minutes each and then you could see the leaderboard when you exited the game. They also have a young kids indoor play area and an arcade area with games ranging from skeeball to VR. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful too. I don't remember all their names but Tyler was great. If you're looking for a fun outing in Chino, check them out.

My kid had an amazing time at their laser tag birthday party!
All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and I went inside the laser tag arena and it had a cool vibe with loud music. The arcade was well-maintained and had a lot of fun games. The kids had a blast running around and playing the game. The food was on time while still hot. Everything on the menu was delicious, and the chicken tenders were also a hit.
I wanted to rent another room for a bigger space for my guests since it was available, but the staff refused and that was a little disappointing. Anyway, 1 party room was enough for 15kids and 9 adults.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and exciting birthday party.

Its a little place tucked in the shopping plaza next to smart and final grocery store. We got the unlimited pass wrist bands on Sunday. Kids enjoyed the laser tag but were only able to play twice in the 2 hour slot and VR once. They have the rewards card system for playing in the arcade. We got 25 credits with the band but each game was about 6 credits and the claw machine was 8 for only one try. They had a cafe on site but food was not appetizing, pricey and low in stock. Kids got hungry so we tried pretty much everything. Pizza was very thin, pretzel was rock hard, slushy tasted watered down, cheese was dumped over the nachos making it soggy, and the dip n dots came in many flavors. They were in this flimsy plastic baggy style packaging which was inconvenient for little kids. They didn't have churros or mini donuts even though it was on the menu boards. The kids soft play area looked run down. The foam padding was falling apart, and looking dirty. They were missing several lights too which made the place look dingy. Lots of scheduled group parties were coming and going. On the positive side, The guy at the check in counter was super nice. I noticed the workers refilling the toys in the claw machine with stuffed bunnys and bears. Seems like the kids had fun but the place could do better in my opinion.

My son had a fantastic Birthday party at Infuzion Zone tonight. Everything was perfect!!! Everyone was so friendly, the facilities are top notch and there is something for every age to enjoy. The little kids had fun playing in the safe and adorable play area towards the back. All party guest enjoyed the arcade before playing laser tag. This worked out perfect since it allowed plenty of time for late arrivals. The arcade has all new top off the line games and even a VR for those who wanted to play virtual reality video games. Laser tag was entertaining and gave all the players lots to talk about. They reviewed and compaired their scores and then it was time for food/cake. The party room and staff did not disappoint. My son was excited to see his name on the big screen in the party room. The staff handled everything and even walked out to the car with me to help load everything up. Thank you Infuzion Zone for a great party! We will be back to visit in the near future for sure.

First time here & it was great!! A little hidden and seems somewhat small from the outside, but it's a pretty decent size. We were a group of 13 people (we were guest) and they worked with us great. Lazer tag was super fun and all the games outside were too. I will definitely come back and possibly even bring my own group of people. 🙂

Super disappointed. Their arcade credits prices are ridiculous. $0.20 a credit when you buy $20 worth so 100 credits total but $0.25 a credit when you buy $30 worth so only 120 credits. Nearly half of the arcade games either don’t work or have some issues with it. And just so you get an idea of what you are paying for a claw game to possibly win a rubber duck is 6 credits!!! Their laser tag is $11.50 a 20 min round and that sounded great until they take forever to call you in. In my case 8 mins late so my boys only got to play 12mins even after playing back to back rounds. Not coming back again!

We had a wonderful experience having a birthday party at Infuzion Zone. Our party host was very attentive and made sure our party ran smoothly and we were staying on track with time. The kids had a blast, everyone was entertained. The pizza was yummy! All the staff were very professional and kind. We were grateful of have had a top-notch experience, and can't wait to have another celebration at Infuzion Zone (the kids are already planning the next trip!). 10/10 recommend this great place and your kids will be very entertained 🙂
