I really enjoyed my class! I was in town for work and typically do hot yoga at a studio in LA. While in town I signed up for a drop in session at Metta Yoga. It was a fiery vinyasa flow class and I really enjoyed it. The instructor was great. It was a challenging class but within reason. It was also a lot of fun, while giving me a great workout and a sense of grounding. I am very happy I chose this studio for my class and will def be back the next time I'm in town!

Metta Yoga is wonderful. The studio spaces are beautiful, uplifting and peaceful. All the instructors that I’ve had have been top notch. I also like that they host other types of events like sound baths.

WOW! What a gorgeous studio they have. It's bright and airy and warm and cozy all at the same time. The instructors and staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable. Great pricing! I have tried most of the studios in Marin and this is by far my favorite! I honestly love the smaller class size too. Now that they have reopened, they are adding so many more options for classes throughout the week and still offer live stream classes too! I feel so blessed to have found a new home for my yoga practice.

I was a guest at Metta for the first couple of classes. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The Studio in San Rafael is beautiful. I love taking Carla’s class. It’s fun, challenging but I leave my mat with sweat on my face and a full heart. I will not take yoga anywhere else.

What a peaceful space. No mirrors which is a nice change.
The room is big light and very soothing.
Every class I have taken has over exceeded my expectations.
