My son loves coming to Sylvan. He enjoys the reward based programming, it’s a good mix of independent learning and working with the teacher.

The teachers are so friendly and results from assessments are really fast. Many are actual teachers or have experience in education too and you can tell.

Flexible times for learning and follow up is great. They also have little activities for kids to keep occupied while siblings are in session. Today my daughter and I colored ornaments while my son did his testing.

My daughter has attended this Sylvan location on and off since 2022. I cannot recommend this tutoring center enough! My daughter is in the 5th grade now and has been attending regularly for the past 6 months. I can see the difference in her academics. She is a lot more confident in her school work and her teacher has also said she has seen a great improvement in her academics. Thank you to the staff for always being respectful and communicative.

We are absolutely thrilled with Sylvan. I have seen incredible growth in my daughter since we started the program. My daughter has been attending Sylvan Learning Center in El Cerrito since 2021. She has made so much progress academically. I really don't think we could have done it without Sylvan and there amazing team. If you child is struggling PLEASE consider them for help!!

My son loves attending Sylvan! The teacher is kind and makes learning fun with the use of iPad, which keeps him engaged and excited about learning. We also liked the conference every 6 weeks to be able to check and discuss the improvement in his skills. Highly recommended!
