Had a great experience at this branch. Jason and Erin helped my and my husband get an auto loan financed at a great interest rate in one day after problems with the dealership. I am a new to schools first and am so glad we went with this bank. The office is very nice and all the staff is extremely friendly.

We really wanted to thank Suzy Perez for the amazing job she did with giving us piece of mind. Being new to the finance decisions we have been making this year, it was so comforting to know that there was a person there to answer all of our questions. She went above and beyond in helping us with our loans at our local branch. Her friendly and savvy attitude is the reason we will always be a member of SchoolsFirst. It's nice to see his type of customer service still exists now a days. The entire staff at this location is extremely helpful and we are luck to have them all!

Honestly.. This morning was a tough one for me as I had woken up to a huge negative balance due to a scheduling issue with a payment. But I spoke with Jasmine, maybe from their corporate, and she helped me out BIG TIME. I've never cried on the phone with anyone, but I couldn't help it. These people genuinely care for their customers and I can't explain how grateful I am for SchoolsFirst.

My wife and I have been with this credit union for about 7 years now and love it. Always very quick and friendly and my 11 year old daughter also has her own account. They offer so much to help you buy a house, car and any other things you might want to buy. I will never go anywhere else and can't say enough good about them.

Just came back from a small vacation in San diego. This bank will still hold your money on card charges from hotels and amusement parks even after the transaction has been completly processed by the business. What is terrible is when the business charges does finally post and money is taken from your account, the money is taken from what's available in your account, not the money that the bank is holding. My son also has an account here and this situation caused his account to go into a negative and was charged a bank fee. This needs to be fixed
