I've been here a hour and a half. After waiting that long the lady told me that it's going to be a wait because she has to go on lunch. Granted I do understand we all need our lunch breaks. But If I have been here since 10:42AM and your lunch is at 12:30PM it would’ve been the right thing to do to see me before you went on your lunch break. I only needed to show Social and ID.

My experience with the mobile, Alabama office of the Alabama Career Center on 8/26/2025
The woman at the front desk was giving me wrong information and when I called her on she said that she didn’t care about my concerns and that is so out of character for some one working in the Alabama Career Center System, and I called the office manager and he had the same attitude about me being given misinformation and some needs to fix this problem between the information given by the Alabama Career Centers in mobile,Alabama and Montgomery,Alabama to people that come to get information about their services,
Some one needs to be held accountable and to a higher standard when working with clients in their offices

I didn't know what to expect prior to visiting, but I was pleasantly surprised. I attended a class on employment and training opportunities related to my unemployment claim. Everyone that I spoke with there was great. Stephanie Baker was a tremendous help, and in my opinion went above and beyond. She was very professional, kind, and informative. I sincerely appreciate all that she did to help me.

The lady is incompetent and didn’t understand my simple question. I asked if they have classes that teach people how to drive a forklift for a warehouse job, which is very specific on what I’m looking for, and she kept asking me the same question after I answered it 3 times. She then had the nerve to laugh in my face like it was a joke. It’s a simple yes or no question. SMALL BRAINED AND UNPROFESSIONAL! 0/5 stars!!!
